There’s a lot of people that try to put you… “Do you like pot-distilled whiskey better or column-distilled?” You know, my answer is… Yes. I love whiskey. That’s my answer. I love making whiskey. It’s like just cooking on different stoves, right? Can you do it? Can you not do it, right?
